Richard has over 15 years experience in the implementation of retail systems, managing both in-house developments and package selection. This includes senior IT positions at Green Shield Stamps, House of Fraser and Early Learning Centre, before founding Cheops Consulting in 1997.

Richard has particular experience in the implementation of JDA's MMS and ODBMS Buying & Merchandising systems and Manhattan Associates PkMS warehouse management systems in a number of clients.


Chris has over 25 years experience of design, development and implementation and integration of retail systems, with a number of major High Street and E-Commerce Retailers. Working across the whole of the supply chain from Merchandise Management and Warehouse to  E-commerce, Retail Reporting and Branch Management Systems. Chris spent time with Sears Group, Next and Dollond & Aitchison before becoming an Independent Consultant in 1995. Since then he has worked as a Consultant and Project Manager on Projects for Adams Childrenswear, BHS, boo.com, O2, River Island, Tesco Stores and Home Retail Group (Argos & Homebase).

 

Iain studied Transport Economics at Bristol University and did an MSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management at Cranfield. Iain has over 8 years practical Logistics and Supply Chain experience in both large and small organisations. Having also worked for Manugistics for 21/2 years, he is fully aware of the benefits and pitfalls on Information Technology systems. He is a visiting lecturer at Warwick University on logistics benchmarking, IT in the supply chain and corporate supply chain strategy. Iain's experience covers Retail Distribution, Food, Drink, Third Party Logistic providers, Electricla Wholesaling and Business Communications.

 

 

 

Martin has considerable experience in a number of high profile retail roles. This includes Directorships at Top Shop and Debenhams. Martin has also worked in senior roles at C&A, Etams, Clarkes and Martins Newsagents as well as running his own Convenience Store Chain. His expertise lies in Business Process and Merchandising management.

Martin has more recently worked as a Process Consultant alongside the Cheops Consulting Project Manager in the implementation of a new Buying & Merchandising system at World Duty Free.
